6:00 cocktails, 6:15 - 6:45 Appetizer, 7:00 dinner
Followed by members presentations. "Our mini Our World Underwater". We will have one of the 2 banquet rooms to ourselves. One serves 80 and the other 120 so attendance will determine same.

The Dinner will be all you can eat family style, and the food here is Phenomenal!. The menu will be as follows:
Appetizer- Bruschetta
Salad – Caesar with parmesan and croutons and Antipasto (olives, pepperoni, pepperoncini, cheeses, and onions)
Home Baked Bread
Pastas- Cheese Ravioli in marinara
Penne Basilica (Creamy pesto with chicken and broccoli)
Spicy Chicken Rigatoni (Rosa sauce with chicken and peas)
Entrees – Chicken Saltimbocca ( Chicken wrapped in prosciutto in a lemon butter sauce with artichoke hearts)
Sides- Meatballs and Italian Sausage
Dessert – Plain cheesecake with raspberry or chocolate sauce
The cost of the dinner does include unlimited non-alcoholic beverages- soda, coffee, tea and iced tea.
It is a cash bar.
When you RSVP please email (see below) and let me know if you would prefer a Vegetarian plate, gluten free, etc.
Entertainment: Please bring a few of your slides, short video, or media presentation to share with the group.
Parking: – Voluminous parking all around the restaurant and in the mall. It is all FREE!!

The restaurant is immediately off of all major highways and North of I-88 at the Highland Ave off ramp. Just passed the stoplight at 22nd street and on your right in the mall lot.
Cost: - $42/per person, checks made out to "UASC".
